Hi, my name is Clare, and I am so excited to welcome you to ScentSerity, a business born from creativity, the appreciation of how special family, friends and memories are, and the need to do something rewarding for myself and others.
I am a proud mum of two, blessed with a beautiful daughter and a very cheeky son. As idyllic as this sounds, life has not always been that simple. I have, like many others, faced challenges throughout my life. I want to share part of this with you now as it is an important part of my story, which brings me to where I am today, and to you.
When my daughter had just turned four and my son was six months old, my world was turned upside down when I was shockingly diagnosed with cancer. I spent nine challenging months going through various types of treatment, taking each day as it came, head down, trudging along one step at a time to get through this storm. I have always believed that if you don't like where you are, the only thing to do is keep moving, so I kept moving, day by day to steer away from the darkness and back into the light.
In the past couple of years, I have found my stride and am very happy with my life. I have the brain space to remember who I am and what I love, and with that came ScentSerity.
My mission is simple - elegance meets craftsmanship to create personalised candles for your special occasion. I fully understand the importance of making every moment count and to make every event truly memorable for you and your loved ones.
Collaborating together, we will design a candle which will give you and your guests a lasting gift that enlivens your senses of touch, smell and sight long after your event has finished, giving you the perfect chance to reflect on the memories made.
